Welcome to Northwind Academy — your home for certifications, role-based learning paths, and live workshops. This guide walks new learners through finding courses, enrolling, and tracking progress.

Finding your courses

From the classic dashboard, click the gear icon in the top-left to open your course list. New learners should watch the 5-minute onboarding video linked on the home page.

Enrolling in a course

Browse the catalog by role or topic, open a course, and select Enroll. Self-paced courses are available immediately; instructor-led sessions show the next available cohort date.

Tracking your progress

  • Your completion percentage shows on each course card
  • Earned badges appear on your profile
  • Managers can see team progress in the reporting tab
